TC-8 — Parent: Decline All → check Subdomain
SHOULD PROPAGATE (Fixed)
1. Accept All here → Go to Site 1 → verify transfer
2. Come back → Decline All
3. Go to Site 1 → consent must show as declined

TC-9 — Parent: Remove Preferences → check Subdomain
SHOULD PROPAGATE (Fixed)
1. Accept All here → Go to Site 1 → verify transfer
2. Come back → uncheck Preferences only → save
3. Go to Site 1 → consent must reflect the change

TC-10 — Parent: Remove Statistics only → check Subdomain
SHOULD NOT PROPAGATE (By design)
1. Accept All (including Preferences) → Go to Site 1 → verify
2. Come back → uncheck Statistics only → save
3. Go to Site 1 → consent must remain unchanged
